fantastic spacious room
early check-in spacious room easy access
we were able to get an early check-in. the room was fantastic and spacious. it was clean and tidy. the location met our expectations, providing easy access to the resort. street parking was available, convenient.
The absence of doors between the living area and the bedroom impacted privacy. The blackout blinds were ineffective.

the food selection featured a wide range of options. meals were sometimes a little better, with variety. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were mainly designed for british tastes.

the staff were generally nice and helpful. the cleaning service was efficient, the room was super clean, initially. the service staff seemed up to date with their duties

The room included a small balcony with minimal furniture. a spacious living room included a kitchenette, functional with a separate request. the bedroom was adequate. Electricity was available on both sides of the bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I liked that I could check out at 12:00. The location was also very good.
The bathroom was very small. It was the smallest I have seen in years. An adult man cannot normally step through the door. I also found little Spanish food selection during meals.

baby cockroaches killer spray
The room was very clean. I was allowed to check in 3 hours early because my room was ready, which I appreciated.
I found baby cockroaches in the bathroom. I told the maid. She used a killer spray. This was not a pleasant experience for me.
